  • 1. This program is valid for privately owned vehicles only. Commercially owned vehicles do not qualify for this program.
  • 2. Applicant must be 18 years and above and possess a valid driving license.
  • 3. Vehicles must be no more than 20 years old to qualify for the program
  • 4. The program is only valid 7 days after the date of registration.
  • 5. This program is only valid for one year starting from the date of registration.
  • 6. Members must provide a copy of theft report or accident report.
  • 7. Members must file a police report and submit a copy of the report.
  • 8. Windshield damage is not included in this program.
  • 9. Requests for replacement vehicles must be made within 24 hours of the theft or accident.
  • 10. The replacement vehicle provided will be a Malaysian made car no more than 7 years old.
  • 11.This program provides a replacement vehicle for 16 days (Gold) or 6 days (silver).
  • 12. The replacement vehicle can be collected from any car collection center provided by us.
  • 13. No charges or deposit will be imposed on members if they require the use of replacement vehicle.
  • 14. Replacement vehicle must be returned immediately to any car collection center in the state after the borrowing period ends.
  • 15. Membership cannot be transferred.
  • 16. Members can change their registered vehicle plate number by contacting us. The process of changing the registered vehicle will take 7 days.
  • 17. This program is not exchangeable for cash.
  • 18. Members must provide a copy of IC/driving license/police report of theft or accident when applying for replacement vehicle.
  • 19. Replacement vehicle will be provided within 24 hours of receiving copy of IC/driving license/police report of theft or accident.
  • 20. Members can use this service starting from the date of the theft/accident until 7 days after.
  • 21. Should a third party come to collect the replacement vehicle, members must write a letter of permission to avoid any delays in the process.
  • 22. We will not take responsibility for lateness caused by strikes, riots, civil wars, violence, military coup or any form of violence that may occur.
  • 23. Should the replacement vehicle be stolen or involved in an accident, members must contact our 24 hour hotline immediately.
  • 24. Should the replacement vehicle’s windshield suffer damages caused by members’ carelessness, we will claim damages from the member.
  • 25. This program is not valid for flat tyres, floods or other natural disasters.
  • 26. We will not be responsible should the replacement vehicle be used to transport illegal items such as firearms. We will give our full cooperation to PDRM should we find evidence about such incidents.
  • 27. We will not be responsible for traffic offences conducted by our members. Any traffic offences from the pick-up time until the drop-off time will be recorded in the member’s name.
